• All bids placed through the platform are binding and cannot be withdrawn unless otherwise specified.
• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers, sellers, and Spicekart.

6. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms and Conditions.
• You may close your account at any time; however, all pending obligations, including payments and trades with Spicekart, must be fulfilled.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All trademarks, logos, software, and content available on the platform are the property of Zouthern Spicekart Trade Platform and Zouthern SpiceKart E-Trade Pvt Ltd.
• Users may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or service disruptions related to Spicekart.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from trades or transactions should be resolved directly with Spicekart.
• Zouthern Spicekart Trade Platform will not participate in or be responsible for resolving such disputes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
